› What do I do if I get the ERROR MESSAGE "This Page Cannot Be Displayed"?
Check your security settings. Log on the internet. Select TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > ADVANCED TAB > USE TLS 1.0 and USE PCT 1.0. Make sure both of these boxes are NOT checked.
